Delete your account
Applies to all mobile and web applications published by Premier Dialog SRL.
You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: in the application
- Open the application and sign in.
- Go to Profile (or Settings).
- Select Delete account and confirm.
The account and its data are removed immediately; some data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before being permanently erased.
Option 2: by email
Send a message to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address linked to your account. Include the name of the application. We will confirm your identity if necessary and delete the account within 30 days, then notify you by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and any other account details.
- Your in-app content, preferences and usage history.
- Device tokens used for push notifications.
What may be retained
Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and accounting documents related to completed orders, are retained for the period required by the law of the Republic of Moldova and are not used for any other purpose. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting data without deleting the account
If you want to remove specific data (for example, saved addresses) but keep the account, write to us at the same address and describe what should be deleted.
